Active Life will permanently cease operations on December 31, 2024.

If possible, yes. We are contacting patients currently in process of receiving a new orthotic or prosthetic device. If delivery cannot be scheduled, we will assist in transferring your care to another facility.

You are welcome to follow your clinician to their new practice location.

Emergency care will remain available for all patients until December 31, 2024, which is 30 days from the date of the closure announcement.
